Although it took a little bit longer than it was anticipated the wait was worthwhile. I would like to think Dwayne, Kris and Cory for their diligent work in solving the problems that were causing the sporty to not run at its optimum performance level. Upon completion of the service the sporty now sounds like a monster and the performance is above expectations. I would like to give thanks to the whole service department for all the work that they put into getting this bike back on the road and in better condition than it was. Anyone who has a Harley Davidson needs to know that this service department takes pride in the best care of your motorcycles needs. Thank you, gentlemen.

Eric and Manny were great and patient with me, as it took me a few trips to find the right bike. They let me test-ride anything I wanted and were not at all pushy. Eric in financing and Manny in sales are more than patient. After changing my mind three times, I finally found the right bike. I love my new Fat Boy.
After visiting several dealerships in Southern California, this is where I found the best deal.
I highly recommend that you visit Palm Springs Harley for an excellent experience. The motor clothes area is well stocked with a large selection A , and everyone is friendly.

I would like to thank Chris, Duane, Mike and Daniel for their diligent work on my sporty. We had problems with the motorcycle going for a few miles and then dying and then you have to sit there until it cools off and then it will start and go a few more miles however, they got the diagnosis for the problem. It happened to be the module, Got a new module put it in and the bike runs better than ever. Thanks for not leaving the bike on the side of the road when you were stuck. I have been to multiple Harley Dealerships before, and Palm Springs Harley Davidson is without question the top dealership I have ever been to. When you go there, it feels like you are dealing with family. Their sales, parts, and service staff are very customer service oriented, very honest, and always go (way beyond) the extra mile to get me what I want.
